Onsite registration for round 1 ends at 13:20.
For early-bird registration, please contact us before 3pm on October 12th. Entry fee will be paid via a bank transfer before the deadline to secure a seat. Further details will be provided upon registration.
PARENTS: At least one adult must be present at all times during the tournament to oversee individual participants. Required to stay out of the room where the children are playing.
CHESS NOTATION: Strongly encouraged for those students 3rd grade and older.
AWARDS: Individual trophies to top 3 players in each sections. Award Ceremony around 6:30pm.
BRING: Pencils, notepad, chess sets, and chess clocks if you have them.
